Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the okbk platform. The six cards below summarise the most important obligations and protections. Please read the full clauses that follow for complete details.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and okbk ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern all access to and use of the okbk website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services and any other features available through the okbk platform at https://okbk.ws.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager on okbk, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must stop using the okbk platform immediately and close your account.

okbk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via platform notification or email prior to taking effect where reasonably practicable. The most current version is always the version published at https://okbk.ws/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Access to the okbk platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. okbk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any player found to be below this age at any point will have their account suspended immediately, all bonus balances forfeited and net winnings above deposited funds returned to the original payment method.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of okbk is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okbk or had your account permanently closed by okbk for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not using any automated software, script, bot or data-scraping tool to interact with the platform or to automate any betting decision.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on okbk at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

Registration Information

When creating your okbk account you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, used for account verification, two-factor authentication and important notifications.
• A unique password of sufficient complexity. You must not share your password with any third party or use the same credentials on any other platform.

KYC Verification

okbk applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at other points during your account lifecycle. Documents that may be required include:

• Government-issued photo identification — National ID card, passport or driving licence valid in Bangladesh.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay transaction statement, or a bank statement from a recognised Bangladeshi financial institution.
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by okbk to satisfy its anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.

All financial transactions on okbk are subject to the following terms. okbk processes deposits and withdrawals in good faith and in accordance with its internal payment policies, which may be updated from time to time with advance notice to registered players.

Deposits

okbk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
• Minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits are credited instantly. okbk does not charge fees on deposits; your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which okbk accepts no liability.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Incomplete or pending KYC will result in a hold on the withdrawal until the verification process is finalised.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. okbk does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to a payment method different from the one used to deposit.
• Average withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes for verified accounts. Delays may occur during peak periods or while an internal compliance review is in progress.
• Winnings generated from wagers placed with active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement and may not be withdrawn until that requirement has been met in full.

okbk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited following successful qualification and carry a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer.
• okbk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before a player meets the stated qualification criteria, with no obligation to provide a replacement or compensation.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player per promotion unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempting to qualify for the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is a breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period only. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant offer. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period with no cash value.
• okbk retains the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the relevant account if there is reasonable evidence that a bonus was claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

okbk does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Players in Bangladesh may from time to time be offered promotions tied to local events such as B PL fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh or Victory Day — these carry the same wagering requirement structure as standard promotions unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbk platform. Any breach constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and further legal action where appropriate:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or data-scraping tool to interact with the platform, extract odds or automate betting decisions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms or artificially inflate account balances.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies in games or betting markets to generate winnings not obtainable under normal platform conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with okbk support or compliance teams.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any activity that may constitute a financial crime or fraud under applicable law.

okbk reserves the right to void any wager or game result generated under circumstances that constitute a breach of these fair use provisions, regardless of whether the breach was intentional or resulted from a technical error outside the player's control.

okbk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players to help manage their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders — players may configure session duration alerts that notify them at defined intervals during active play, helping to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Time-out — players may request a temporary break of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a time-out, login access is disabled and no new deposits can be processed on the account.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from all future access to okbk may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting okbk support at [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be lifted under any circumstances.

okbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under the minimum age of 21 at any point during or after the registration process.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the fair use, eligibility, account integrity or bonus provisions.
• okbk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okbk following a formal written request.

In the event of account suspension or closure initiated by okbk for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances held at the time of suspension will be forfeited without exception. Genuine cash deposits that have not been wagered and are not subject to any fraud or money laundering investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any compliance review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbk's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their okbk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okbk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings, even if okbk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okbk does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work and circumstances beyond okbk's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters and government-imposed restrictions applicable in Bangladesh — may result in temporary unavailability. okbk will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

okbk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version is always the version published at https://okbk.ws/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Where reasonably practicable, material amendments will be communicated to registered players by platform notification or email prior to taking effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal operational policies of okbk as a platform operator. okbk makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction; players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their location.
